Stale pretzel was so hard i ate it and my jaw hurts lol. Sad experience. Best part of the mall is a mall pretzel. Not this mall! Pueblo mall just isnt worth it anymore

Would love to have this place, but apparently you can't get pretzel's without butter. Seriously you can't just make plain pretzel's and add butter to order of have a separate batch that have no butter? I know it used to be done that way. You order your pretzel's then then butter and salt or whatever once you ordered.

Young woman working was not friendly, too busy talking to her co workers about how she can't help customers because she doesn't have a filter. I understand she is young, hopefully she learns that is inappropriate work behavior.
