I can't recommend Casey Price enough for medicaid planning and estate planning. Casey is an extremely knowledgable attorney but also has that extra "bedside manner" that many other attorneys often lack. Five stars Casey and the Price and Price team.

The office was a little hard to find, but when I called I was greeted by Mr. Casey Price who helped me with directions. The women that greeted me once I got there, were very nice and professional. The consultation with Casey Price was great. He gave e a lot of guidance for my unique situation. He also provided me with a checklist of items that I needed to do to get the ball rolling for my family member. It was an overall very pleasant experience!!

Unfortunately, I cannot review the actual work of this law firm, but I can tell you if you are looking for a responsive and empathetic attorney, this is not a good option. I was given a 15 minute window to talk to the attorney and he picked up the phone on minute 12. I value people's time, so I needed to get to my next call and rather than reschedule, he told me that reviewing and executing POAs, Living Wills, Will & Testaments are not really what he does. So, I guess if you need more services, they may be more interested. But they could care less about my family's business.

We wanted to amend a Living Trust as soon as possible and had no luck with the lawyer who originally drew up the trust. He wanted too much for a simple thing saying the bank did not like any changes.
