My husband and I recently bought our new 2013 Ram from Priced Right Auto and we had a great experience. They were accommodating to our schedule, timely, and very organized. Larry was our salesperson and did not pressure us to buy anything right away like a lot of other dealerships we had visited. He was patient and very knowledgeable. Jeff was the finance person we worked with who was also great. Priced Right Auto was fair and takes pride in selling good vehicles for an affordable price. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a used vehicle!

The BEST car buying experience you could ask for. They are informative, well-versed and confident in their product. Shortly after I bought my 2013 Subaru from them, I took it in to a Fox Subaru dealership to get the recall handled. The dealership told me I had nearly 2,000 worth of work to do on it. I called Priced Right, and they had me bring the car in to ensure confidence in my purchase. Everything checked out after they did a thorough inspection, and what stood out to me most is that they were willing to do what it took to ensure I felt good and sound in my purchase from them. THAT is true customer service, and true integrity. They are responsive, and incredibly trustworthy within the car selling business. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy! Anthony is incredibly personable and makes the process seem seamless! Spencer is responsive, accommodating and well-versed in the Subaru make. I cannot recommend this business enough. This is my favorite dealership and service center in West Michigan. We bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey here and it has been great customer experience throughout. They only sell cars they trust and know are reliable. I drive 30 minutes to come here just to get it serviced. The service team offers amazing price value and truly the best customer experience. Scott went above and beyond to take care of my family. This was the most simple car buying process I have ever been through. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle from any employee. They sat down with us and explained the packages on each vehicle to help us make our decision. They let us test drive as many vehicles as it took for us to make a decision. Sure we only test drove 3 vehicles but they explained all the packages that would be beneficial for my family. I will definitely go back there for my next vehicle because it was just so hassle free and relaxing to buy a car! Love this place so much! Thank you Scott for helping make our experience awesome!
