We are very happy that we chose Pride Floors for our new hardwood floors! Richard did a great job of advising us on our hardwood flooring choices. Roger, our installer, and his crew did a fantastic job of installation. We asked Richard how quickly our floors could get done - 3 days exceeded all expectations! We ordered on Wednesday, March 24, and Richard expedited delivery (Thursday) and installation (Friday and Saturday). I have heard that these days, others had delays of weeks or months to get new hardwood floors. We got quotes from two other strongly recommended companies. I can say we made the right choice with Pride! Note: If you decide to go with Pride Floors and get Roger's crew, it's impressive how the crew - 3 generations of Roger's family - gets the work done. Watching them, you can see the quality of work going into your home. Very well done.

Jon and the Pride Flooring team were fantastic. Martin, Omar, Nico did a job only professionals could do. Everything was done in a timely manner with zero issues the whole time. The price was competitive/fair, no beating around the bush. Very satisfied customer, and would recommend anyone looking to do any type of remodeling to check these guys out.

I had a great experience with Pride Floors. Their showroom was well stocked with wood flooring options. Richard was patient with my wife and I as we checked out many samples before arriving at our final selection. The installers did a nice job and worked very quickly. I would definitely recommend Pride Floors if you are looking for new flooring.

Pride Floors expedited our flooring order so we could get it installed in a timely manner. Although we did not use them to do the installation, they were very professional and responsive to our needs. We chose them over two other flooring stores where we could've gotten our special flooring. Both Richard and Jon were exceptional. We'd certainly go to them again!

We had ALL of our floors replaced by Richard and his crew. We couldn't be happier! We started the whole process when Richard came to the house for a consultation. This all started before Covid, so we held off for a bit. A few months later, I contacted him & we were ready to go. He helped us choose colors & flooring choices that complimented each other. A combo of hard wood for the downstairs, with tile for 1/2 bath, and laundry. The crew that removed the tile, found another layer of tile underneath...twice the work. I now have one seamless floor that flows throughout most of the main level! I can't believe how much larger it looked. To keep costs reasonable for the price of our home, we switched to luxury vinyl plank at the top of the stairs. The transition was hardly noticeable. No more carpeting! Richard even let me know that the price of the tile would be less that what was originally quoted! It's not easy to manage a project with multiple crews, things that are added last minute, and in a timely way. We were impressed with the quality of the installation, and professionalism of Roger and the other gentleman that worked so hard to make this happen. All we have to do now, is paint the baseboard, and banister. Thank you so much Pride Flooring!

When you make a major purchase for your home it’s obviously important to choose a vendor that will do quality work and be there when needed. That’s what you will get with Pride Floors. Richard is beyond patient and gave me plenty of time to decide on the perfect flooring. We knew we didn’t want the mess/expense of demo-ing our unsightly and dated tile. Richard recommend LVP that goes right over the tile. Originally I was like “no way” as I hadn’t seen the newer iterations of vinyl planking. Once I did, I couldn’t believe how gorgeous they look! Also so durable and water resistant. With a dog and a small child we were sold! It took me forever to decide on the style and we got multiple samples to stare at before deciding. Roger and his team showed up on time to begin installation. I was so impressed with their professionalism. They treated our home with respect and kept an impeccable work space. All 4 guys were a pleasure to have in our home. They actually spoke softly to each other while discussing how to best accomplish their work. No yelling across the house or loud music. It was impressive. All the vendors Richard had to work were top notch. You will not regret your decision to go with Pride. We are excited to renovate our bathrooms with Richard and his team soon!

They came out and gave my husband Keith an estimate. They had samples of the flooring. They scheduled it in a reasonable time frame. They put a lock box on door so they could get in. They were on time and had necessary materials. It only took two days to remove all carpet and install flooring and they finished ahead of schedule. The flooring and installation was beautiful. We purchased our wood tile floors and replaced all carpet. Richard was always very responsive and his crew did a great job and completed the job timely with no issues. They are also very reasonably priced. I’ll continue to send clients and use them in the future for my personal projects.
