This is a very unprofessional group. No one was wearing a mask in this very uncertain and scary time. The workers and some patrons were not wearing a mask. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Be the example!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!

I went to this dealership because the receptionist said the team at Prime would guarantee me that they could work with my mid 600 credit score and get me a good deal with a low down payment. Well that ended up not being the case at all. They tried to give me an absolutely ridiculous loan deal right off the bat. I was able to talk them down 150 instantly. Then I sat there for another 4 hours waiting to get a response only for them to come out and tell me I got approved for "my car". The car ended up being a car that was 8000 above what I was looking for. They wasted my time, and my money. I spent 50 on Ubers because they ASSURED me on the phone that they could work with me. This dealership is just another car dealership with unethical and uneducated salespeople who just want to make a quick paycheck. STAY AWAY
BRUTAL. Damaged my car and then wanted to argue. They used to be great. past year downhill big time.
I have boughten two cars from Chevy pride in the past 2 years and they both ended up with engine problems within the year. Once you've bought you're car they're done with you, all the "courtesy" goes out the window and you're on your own! So beware because they sell LEMONS!
I just bought a new Kia optima hybrid for me. They were super nice and explained to me all the things that I wanted to know. I recomend!
