I live at the crest at Northside apartments and have been unable to use the resident services website to make maintenance requests or pay my rent online for more than 6 months due to it having technical issues. The work that was done on my apartment took a month to complete and even after it was finished the AC unit continued to leak causing mold to be spread through my apartment. I have two children under the age of 2 and they were sick for weeks with no improvements even when they were given antibiotics. I took preventative measures to stop the spread of mold but it was coming from the area where the AC unit is. My family and I had to temporarily move out until my children's health improved. Unfortunately while we were gone someone attempted to break into my apartment by leaving a big hole above the deadbolt lock. The back door to the apartment complex has been unlocked and open for months and anyone can walk in. The keypad doesn't work so it has been left open for the majority of my stay here. I do not feel safe in my apartment and do not plan on returning. I sent the information above to management requesting to terminate my lease early but have not heard back and it's been a week. This place does not care about its residents. My apartment door has not been fixed and I have not heard back from management or maintenance. If you decide to rent here do not let them move you into building 4. It has had major building issues and anyone can just walk in. You will end up having to break your lease early due to safety and health concerns which in the long run will cost you more money. I've lived in older apartments and have never had to deal with issues of this magnitude. I'm seriously considering getting a lawyer. Make sure you keep track of all correspondences with maintenance/management and take photos of everything if you plan on living here.

I am a Resident at the Parkway at Hunter’s Creek I have been dealing with so many issues in my apartment the last one happened a month ago when my AC stopped working, I informed through the website, I went to the office , called the office it took forever to have someone to go check the AC when they finally went to the apartment they kept guessing what the problem was , when they finally seemed to fixed the problem the AC stopped working again , the last problem w the ac was a week ago when they said it was the thermostat, after wait for 5 days to get the thermostat replaced it seems it s not the thermostat because is still not working, they said is not an emergency because is not too hot OUTSIDE, but inside the apartment is 84• .....what really bothers me is the indifference, nobody seems to care, no apologies, maintenance people don’t seem to know what they are doing, No follow up on the problems. Management don’t seem to care.

Good afternoon, I hope this email reaches you in good spirits. I am a long time resident at your Willows of Rosemeade property. While I do love my home and property as a whole, I do have one concern. I think I can speak for many of the residents about the state of our gym. Half of the equipment is either outdated or does not work at all. There is a huge hole in the wall and a bug problem. Part of the reason I moved here was because I liked the gym. However, little to nothing has been done to update the “state of art “gym as advertised. When we asked the leasing office staff, we are told to send a email to corporate. We are paying over 1300 in rent. How soon can this issue be resolved ? We all would love to use all the amenities in its full capacity.

Unable to get a hold of corporate after being told at my place that corporate is the only one able to fix my situation. Being charged for services I am UNABLE to receive due to maintenance issues and was told I will still be charged for them. This is going on month 5. Corporate, reach out to me! Edit: owners can't get my name right, researched the wrong property. Told me to reach out to management when management told me corporate was the one who was holding them back. Basically they don't care or adequately read reviews

Does not answer calls on purpose. Not there for their customers. Terrible excuse for a company.
