Friendly staff, pleasure doing business
As a salaried engineer I was laid off after only 11 months there, zero job security no matter what level you're at. Instead of moving me to other engineer openings they decided to lay me off 3 weeks before a knee surgery. They also laid off a large number of other employees (salaried and hourly), some had worked there for years. I've never seen a company that cared so little about their employee's.
