JUMP supports the development of essential life skills of youth through community building. The work of the organisation is focused on developing youth programs in Serbia, especially in Prijepolje, one of the most challenging communities in the country. We engage youth though projects specifically designed to foster their independence, networking and mobility. JUMP organises different international seminars, trainings, youth exchanges and creates new spaces where ideas are put into practice. JUMP has coordinated 3 projects related to youth entrepreneurship. The organization is a part of 2 international networks: International Young Naturefriends and The Global Coalition for Conflict Transformation. The work of JUMP is carried out by several part-time employees and a group of volunteers. The organization has acted as a partner in over 30 European projects and has its representative in the Youth Peace Ambassadors of the Council of Europe.
