I've visited the clinic in Prilly today. I am full unsatisfied with the experiences today that I've during the visit today 1) My appointment was rebooked yesterday from 3 pm to 11.30 am. It resulted in the fact that I had to rebook my manicure appointment that to 12.30 2) Today, I came to the clinic @ 11.30 for the appointment. But the doctor was available only @ 12.10. Nobody excused for that. 3) At the reception, nobody speaks English, which is unacceptable for the international clinic. I missed the manicure due to the facts above. It means that I would come to the wedding for which I was invited for tomorrow with an old nail. And again, nobody excused me.

Don't go there if you are english speaking. Dr. Allak cannot understand it if it's too complicated. If you know you need a specialist, directly go to one, Dr. Allak will not recommend you. I went there because my foot was hurting - he told me to buy other shoes and go swimming. He offered pain killers and stomach protection. This is not the type of consultation one would expect from a general practitioner. I don't know about how the other doctors are but it will be my last time there.

Went there to have a check-up on a mole on my leg that had changed shape following a laser-hair removal session somewhere else. I saw \Doctor\ Michael Kockaert. The consultation lasted exactly 5 min 40 seconds (my partner who was with me timed it after seeing so many bad reviews prior to the appointment). He barely spoke to me, and immediately took me to the back of his consultation room and said he didn't know whether the mole had become dangerous or not, and could only be sure after a biopsy. So he proceeded to extract HALF of the mole to be sent to the lab, and bye-bye. Next appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks later. Results came back clean, except i was left with half a mole on my leg. CHF 156 (doctor's) and CHF 266 (lab results) later, the mole began getting bigger and painful. I found another Dermatologist who was shocked to hear and see what happened : 1) a biopsy is NOT to be performed on a mole, and 2) you do not extract half of a mole, but all of it. A lab cannot know whether a mole is risky or dangerous based on an analysis of only half of it. He said it presented all the signs of a mole they not \like\ -- shape, colour, painful, etc. He booked me to remove it entirely in a proper surgery room (with local anesthesia of course). I will have a scar, but to think that all of this time, energy and money could've been saved had I had a proper diagnosis on a what used to be a tiny mole, is enraging! Now i have to file a complaint about the hair-removal institute...
