I made an appointment weeks in advance with a friend. We arrived 15 minutes early, well more than an hour before they closed. Immediately upon arrival they were rushing us like we were delaying them. They took about 15 minutes on a 40 pedicure and an eyebrow wax. Did not offer us any additional services once and the pedicure was very sloppy. I am very disappointed. I've used this place before and appreciated the service. This was my first outing since Covid and I was looking forward to relaxing and catching up with my friend. Instead I was rushed out the door at 615 after a 6p appointment.

My wife went to this nail salon because we live in the area. She has been going to it for years. Recently at a different nail salon we visited in the Caribbean she had acrylic nails put on. That was one week ago. Today she goes to prim posh nails and ask them for a simple polish change. The woman takes her hands an dips them in a bowl of warm acetone! For those like me who don’t know, that immediately ruins the acrylic nails and the bond they have to the finger nail. My wife came home in tears because her nails were completely ruined and we had a charity event and fundraiser later that afternoon. Please be aware that this is a very poorly ran establishment. They had no solution to the grave error they caused and laughed at my wife. Thank you

I just moved to Lakeview and was hoping this would be my new go-to nail salon. Sadly like others have mentioned in their reviews my appointment was rushed and the services I was provided were sloppily done. I got a pedicure and waxing done in about 15 min and was rushed out, well before closing time.

Way overpriced! 43 for a gel manicure when some comparable and even better salons one less than four blocks away only charge 35 for a gel. Come to find out they charge you an extra five dollars for the soak off of your pre-existing gel. Nobody does that or if they do they just included in the price which is still less than this. The people are unfriendly they’re not mean they are just not friendly. They have a junk pile of nail colors on the little rings but if you already know your color they still want you to go find it on there because they are not helpful. The salon itself looks pretty clean but nothing special. My manicure was actually pretty good I had to give her a lot of directions which was difficult because she did not speak English but she did a good job. She did not do a 43 job but a good one. My advice is Colorado and there are at least 10 spas within a 2 mile radius whose work is just as good where the buildings are just as nice and the prices are 10-15 cheaper

For the price I paid, I feel like the service was rushed. It wasn't even that busy at the time which made it even more aggravating. They did a decent job though. I just think I should have received better service.
