This has been a horrible experience. I have had a billing concern (charged a lab result that had I known in advance wouldn’t be covered by my insurance, I would never have done the test). I felt like I was taken advantage of since I didn’t have all the information ahead of time. I expected to go in the office for a physical that is normally fully covered by my insurance (I asked before I was taken back if the physical was covered and was told it was) and that was not the case here. Now I have been trying to talk to someone for almost 1.5 months. Good luck getting a response. When I call, it goes to a central place, not the office directly. Also, when I do get a response it’s sluggish and comes on my portal as a message - I asked for a call and have yet to receive it. I have never given a bad review but this situation warrants it.
