A fantastic experience from beginning to end. The sales rep Andy D. was great and went above and beyond to help out, even volunteering to drop off my new car and pick up the trade so I wouldn’t have to leave work to do it myself. The dealership seemed fine in the beginning but after you purchase your car they could care less about customer service. I drove an hour to the dealership to buy my truck and they were aware but didn’t have the courtesy to mail me my plates. On top of that the salesman has refused to answer my calls even when he informed me I had important information. Shoppers beware.

I just wanted to take a minute to share my recent experience at Prime Ford Auburn. Great experience top to bottom. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. My first used SUV (Ford Explorer - Platinum) purchase wasn’t a hassle. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman “Sean Dotts”. Not only was he genuine and a gentleman to boot but also a true professional. Sean was very helpful & extremely patient with my questions. Thanks also go out to Business Development Manager “Lauren Ostiguy” for her assistance and setting an appointment with Sean for the test drive of this SUV. Finally this would not have been possible without the help of Finance Manager “Brian Meola” who went above & beyond to get the finance approved for me which suits my budget. From shopping for the Ford Explorer to the test drive and all the updates from Sean made buying my 2017 Explorer more than I could ever have expected. As recommended by Sean, I’ve purchased the Ford Premium Extended warranty plan and Prime Protection for my used Ford Explorer. Looking forward to taking full benefits of it. Hoping to have the same customer care and support in future from Prime Ford Auto whenever it's required. Expecting to have continued support as being a customer after the used vehicle has already been purchased.
