Prime General Contractors are a Very professional group. It was a great experience to work with them on our historic restoration of the Schmidt Rathskeller Building. Everything that was asked of them was completed in a very timely manner. There staff was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of this historic project. The finished project is totally Amazing!!! There attention to detail is second to none!!!

We had a 10 month window to completely overhaul a 65 year old building (on a tight budget). Not only did PRIME get the job done on time and on budget, they also produced an absolutely stunning end product, and supplied a top notch team throughout the process that made the whole thing enjoyable and as stress free as a construction project can be.
I worked with Prime General Contractors on a 2 year project in Farmington, MN for St. Francis Health Services as Project Manager. The team was responsive, tactful, professional and accommodating. Prime General has been the primary contractor for a number of the skilled nursing facility projects for St. Francis. Can wait to do another project with you in the future!
Prime was our General Contractor in the build out of our second story brewery! That came with a fair amount of trailblazing and problem solving, as heavy equipment like that is typically not placed in a lofted space. Prime was extremely efficient, punctual, and cost effective for the job, and was just as great with the finishes they did on the bar side as well. This will be the GC we use as long as we’re in business, and would suggest them for any job. Hands down.
We have used Prime General Contractors for many years and millions of dollars of Industrial/Commercial and other jobs found them to be great to work with on both new construction and Tenant Improvement work. Highly recommend.
