I purchased a used Toyota Tundra. I'm in Maine so initially had to go by web listing. Pretty sure I wanted it and they were willing to hold the vehicle until I could come down and view in person. Their communication was excellent. Ainsley made sure the truck was ready for me to inspect when I arrived. The vehicle was exactly as advertised, price was a great deal, I bought it. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. The only minor issue is that it did take some time to get all of the paperwork completed. I was paying by check so the transaction was relatively simple, but I wouldn't say they were slower than any other dealer in this respect. I would recommend them and I would definitely buy from them again.

Great dealership. I went there knowing what exactly I needed for my car lease. Jeremy K. really listened to me and understood what I needed, he didn’t try to get me into a car I didn’t want. His professionalism and great attitude made my car leasing experience fast and easy, without wasting my time. After the agreement was signed they followed up with me on post-purchase details and arranged everything very well. Good price, good cars inventory, great communication, highly recommend.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership, they were very accommodating and allowed me to take the car to my personal mechanic to check out before purchasing. This was pretty crucial because my mechanic found a couple of parts that needed replacing. Prime Honda 128 agreed to have these parts replaced at no extra cost to me. I feel that I got a great deal on a used car. The sales representative, Elias, was very helpful and patient throughout the car buying process (I ask a ton a questions, since this is such a big purchase and I don't know a ton about cars). Overall a good dealership to go to for pre-owned vehicles.

The service advisor (Nicole) was friendly, efficient and professional. No pushy sales - just excellent communication and service. To be honest, I had an issue with service at this dealership about two years ago. The way they recovered and made it right convinced me that Prime Honda 128 is probably the best Honda dealership in eastern Massachusetts.
