Mr. Grabs proved to be a very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable inspector. I was so thankful for him and his service as he prevented me from purchasing a structurally unsound property. Furthermore, he called me immediately to let me know what he was seeing and to see if I wanted him to continue the inspection or to conclude early given the results. As I chose to conclude the inspection early, he did not charge me full price and he got me my documentation of the structure before the close of business that day. When looking to purchase any future property Greg at Prime Property Inspections will be my first call!
I've used Greg for 2 home inspections and he is wonderful. He walks you through everything and explains anything you have questions about. His reports have tons of pictures and are very detailed. He color coordinates his findings so you know how important each item is for future reference.
