The doctors, nurses and staff here are amazing. They have done a wonderful job with my children.

The front staff is nasty and rude ‼️

Love the Doctor’s and staff. Except for an appointment, we’re typically seen 30-45 minutes past appointment time. As for the billing department, the reimbursement for my first visit took 2 months for the office to send in to my insurance and when I finally got the approval and scheduled a date to pick up a check, the billing department didn’t have the check ready so I had to wait another 30 minutes to get it one made.

Dr. Tega and the whole staff at PrimeCare has treated my kids very well. I have brought all three of my children, newborn to 5 years old, to his office for routine appointments and emergency situations. All were handled with professionalism, timeliness, and compassion. I've switched insurance companies twice and have always made sure that PrimeCare would accept my new plan before switching. I prefer to stick with quality healthcare providers when I find them. Also, one more thing: criticizing a doctor because he received his or her degree in a different country is borderline racist, if not simply misinformed. Doctors must be certified to practice in the USA - one cannot simply manufacturer a degree in any country and come practice in the United States of America without vetting.

Both my boys are patients. My oldest is 10 he’s been going there since he was 3. I just had my second son, 2 weeks ago( 05/11/09) I was nervous that he would be in the waiting room with every one else. But thankfully they have a newborn room! We were so elated, each time we have appointments the staff and doctors are extremely nice! I love that they love what they do.
