I work with a contractor in CA and needed a light with special needs quickly. I called the number listed on the website and was immediately connected with a very nice live person named Ryan. I told him what I was looking for and understanding my predicament Ryan immediately went into "Go Mode" trying to see if he could jam this thing on a truck to get it out the same day! (I called late in the afternoon) Because of external factors I don't know if we will have the opportunity to utilize PrimeLights' services on this job but I was very impressed with the initial customer service and willingness to go the extra mile in a friendly manner with no previous relationship.

Residential garage project came out great with assist from PrimeLights! 4 LED bulb Stingray with motion sensor was easy to install & right light for 8' 2 car garage. We didn't have electric switch so they added a plug to run power from ceiling outlet. Fast free shipping. 5 year warranty! No job is too big or small for this team

Very Bright. I've had a 30 x 50 workshop made and I was concerned how many lights to use. I elected the Stingray 6 bulb. I meant to use 8 in my new workshop and replace the 2 in my garage with these. I changed my mind during the build as I looked at someone else's 30 x 50 workshop. They had installed 16 florescent lights and I thought it was not very bright. I had them install all 10 Stingray 6 bulbs and I have a very bright shop now. Great working with PrimeLights! Here are a few photos. Bill K.

We purchased 13 of the 4' Patriot LED Shop Light fixtures w/LED tubes almost two years ago to provide lighting in our studio spaces. We could not be more happy with the lights and the shipping, customer service and support. These lights have a 5 year warranty on the fixture & tubes! We had one tube start to get flaky, no questions asked. Replacement was shipped right out to us. Highly recommend. Will be purchasing more for our garage here in a few weeks.

I purchased 31 lights, 2 bulb, 3 bulb and 4 bulb fixtures with LED frosted bulbs, several different orders.....I could not be happier with the quality and the customer service. These were perfect for my garages and far better than the fluorescent fixtures I replaced. All of my orders were processed and delivered lightning fast. Our PrimeLights experience was positive from beginning end. We were satisfied with every interaction, ranging from pre-order inquiry to design of a shadow-free competition area to after-installation support. The pricing is competitive, and the support is exceptional. The products shipped when they said they would, arrived as promised, and the products where exactly as described. Post-installation performance has been above expectation. We installed 45 Stingray 6-tube fixtures in a large K-9 agility facility. The product performed flawlessly regardless of temperature or humidity. The illumination is consistent regardless of environmental conditions Great experiences, excellent support, and quality products.

I contacted your company via email on Sunday and had no expectation that I would hear from you until Monday. However within an hour I received an email back answering my question. Needless to say I was shocked. No one does that anymore, so I entered an order online that evening and thought I would give these lights a chance. They couldn’t be that bad with great customer service like that. Order was entered and I went into my evening chores before bed. Within matter of minutes I received another emailing confirming my order has been received and to let me know they would ship on Monday. Installed the lights this past weekend and I could not be any happier than I am now. The lights are amazing and worked perfect. Easy to install and great quality. I’ve passed this along to several of my friends and told them to spread the word. Great product and outstanding customer service - no one has that work ethic anymore. Keep up the good work your company and employees are amazing.

I had a 30x30 shop built went with these lights, installed 4 lights and the shop is super bright and is perfect for what I am doing in there. The lights draw hardly any amps so haven’t noticed any change in my electric bill whatsoever
