In response to the owner's response: That is an outright lie. I was in contact with an agent on their own website and they turned me down. Claiming my review is false is them trying to maintain their 100% feedback. It's pretty low to claim 100% guarantee then turn someone down because you don't think you can help them. At least be honest and say you're close to a 100% guarantee, and if you know there are certain companies you can't get satisfaction from, then put that on your website. Don't give your company a bad name by lying about a review just because you wouldn't even try to help. I did contact you but your agent turned me down flat as soon as I mentioned Island Links Resort. Thanks for nothing. Original review: If I can make this a 0 rating, I would. If you are stuck with \Island Links Resort\, don't even bother with this company. They will turn you down flat without explanation. After I asked why, they said they cannot uphold their 100% guarantee with that one. No help at all. Will not direct you to a company that will help. Just say report to BBB (like that really helps...*eye-roll*). Sorry for being waspish, but this was my last chance and now I'm still stuck with a timeshare, that is FULLY PAID OFF, that I have NEVER BEEN ABLE TO USE. What are they expecting me to do, file a chapter 11?................... :(

We were anxious to get out of our Capital Vacations timeshare, but were leery of dumping more money into being scammed again. We received monthly updates, even when nothing had really happened during the month. (This is a very lengthy process, but we were prepared for that.)
