My wife and I met with Mr. Massagee on March 16, 2020 to talk about drawing up our wills. When I didn’t hear back from him, I talked with his receptionist a month later on April 13 and asked for an update on what was happening. She said she would pass my request on to him. When I didn’t hear from him, I called on May 4 and again talked with the receptionist who again said she would pass my request on to him. It is now May 14 and I have still not heard from Mr. Massagee. I have contacted his receptionist and asked her to tell him that we would no longer be needing his services. She said she would pass the message on to him.

I would give them zero stars if possible. My mother used them to close the estate of her deceased fiancé. They took over a year to close out a very small estate. Both attorneys I spoke with on the phone were very rude when I called on my mother’s behalf. They rudely told me they didn’t represent me or my mother, only the estate of the deceased. Both ending up hanging up on me at various times. I recommend finding someone else and staying far away from this firm.

Not impressed with these guys! Office forgot to pass information to lawyer and they cancelled my appointment when I got upset! I did Consultation over the phone and Massagee gave me a option. When I called back to confirm that is what I wanted to do the girl in office Kayla I believe was her name said she forgot to tell him and to talk to him again would be 250 more dollars! What? I then ask her does this guy want my business? Because I’m in a serious situation and need someone to represent me! Not someone who will not call you back and charge you to talk about a option already discussed! BUT the will take time to call and cancel your appointment! Personally! Wow!! Suprized I’m not being charged for that!
