Just came back from Arby’s at cornerstone in Prince Albert got billed for two sandwiches and never got any. I ordered a number 2 with extra bacon when I opened it up it just looked like beef with some slimy white sauce on the meat so I thought I got the wrong sandwich and proceeded to go back threw the drive thru. I handed her the sandwhich at the window and two of them pawed threw the beef to show me the bacon was rolled up in the beef, I told her I wanted a refund and she handed the machine out so my husband tapped it again thinking it was refunded. Then she slammed the window shut so I thought it was done even waited for a couple minutes. Came home and found out I was billed for two sandwiches not a refund and two different prices and didn’t get one. I called when I got home to talk to the manager and it was the same one that was working cash. She told me they don’t give refunds and she charged me for another sandwich I told her that she should have said that at the window. She offered me at first a free meal for two coupon then she said it was a sandwich a drink and fries for one. This lady was so stupid she couldn’t even spell my name do I just hung up. I use to always eat at Arby’s but not ever again.

Milkshake was warm kept sipping to see if it would get any colder, didnt get colder at all, reuban sandwich was warm not hot, couldn't finish....not very good tasting, wouldn't recommend

Waited in drivethrough waiting to order. No prevail. Noone answered untill i phoned the line a few times. Will not go back

Ordered food got wrong sandwich went back around for refund took sandwich pulled it apart no gloves or anything. Put the pad out for refund I thought ended up charging for another sandwich and slammed the window called back an supervisor was ignorant .

Gyro was not I expected. I ordered 4 of them today via drive thru, was so excited to eat them when I got home only to find out the meat was basically the one they use in their normal sandwich. Only lettuce for veggies. I did not mind waiting for their long line up... but if someone has to wait, they should at least make the order right! Dissapointed... I tried to click the link you provided but its not working
