This CT store is awesome. It,s got everything. We where looking for a new Phillips shaver. They had it on sale with 30.00 off. Also they had 30 large rolls Of toilet tissue on sale for 10:00. Also the lay out of is very easy to fine What you looking for such as Auto Camping, sportswear,etc. The ladies at check out are very friendly And helpful. Sondra whitesell.

I am very unhappy with the customer service I had to experience today with Canadian Tire's store manager. It was very unprofessional of her to have handled this situation the way she did from a paying customer. I feel completely disrespected from the way she spoke to me and just by her whole demeanour on how she approached and handled the situation. I took my car in to get my tires filled with nitrogen and a tire fixed. On my drive home I noticed the wiper blades had been ripped and they were flapping in the wind. They were not like this before I brought my car in. So I went back and tried to explain to the store manager, but she did not want to listen to me at all. All she said to me was "no" and "no they did not touch your wipers" "no" "no". She did not want to hear what I had to say, or come out to look at the wipers or even offer some sort of an apology. Nothing, just told me "no" that is all. I mean accidents happen an apology and to be heard would have been enough. I am not looking for a hand-out and get free wipers, I can afford wiper blades. I am more upset about the way I was treated and disrespected by this manager at Canadian Tire.
Very poor customer service I was at the store trying to find an employee to help me with the gun cabinet as I was looking to purchase two guns. I walked the store twice and couldn't find anyone so I went to the cashier, I asked the cashier if there's anyone on the floor that can help me with guns she stated quotation marks I don't know quotation marks so I asked to speak with a manager she said I can go to customer service so I left the store. I called and spoke to the supervisor and he just said that that usually doesn't happen and will let people know
Do not be fooled by the mastercraft warranty. Prince Albert Canadian tire does not honor the warranty on it. I called ahead, explained i had purchased a mastercraft product on Feb 19, 2021, it stopped working after the second use and i attempted to get warranty on it. They said no problem bring it in. I drove an hour, brought it in. Refused to honour the warranty. I had the information from the purchase on my Canadian tire MasterCard. Customer service was no help and said I needed to go back to the store I purchased it from and refused to help me with the warranty. I left the pc of junk sitting there on the till because it’s of no use to use. Spend your elsewhere for tools because they don’t honour their own store warranty here. Also, their own website says it’s 90 days for product exchange, and the customer service person told me it’s only 30 days. Yes, I will be contacting corporate. **update: corporate office was as useless as the girl at customer service was. So again, buyer be ware. What they say on their website is not what they honour in store. While looking through our purchases we’ve spent 15,000 at the store in the last 6 months with Reno’s. We won’t be spending another dime here and we will be cancelling our Canadian tire MasterCard. Not worth the headache. Home Depot at least honours their warranty!!!!! I think the Google reviews of this store speak for themselves.

Doing major renovations and the guys in the paint department are awesome! Tim usually helps me, but on Saturday a young fellow named Sidney was there. He was honest and extremely helpful and kind. Another customer interupted us, quite rudely, to make him look an item up on the computer. He handled it with grace and didn't skip a beat! Great product with Premier paint. They matched my sample perfectly.
