I have never been so disrespected from this cab service. It's not right that they won't accept a service/support animal. I guess the people that need these animals are irrelevant and not accepted. I do not recommend this company at all. Unless you want to degraded and belittled I would suggest going with another company. But with all the recent incidents you can't trust any. What happened to all the Canadian drivers that actually respect other Canadians. This is bull.
Cab stank like urine. Brought to the attention of the cab driver who ignored my statement.
dispatch was extremely rude and even hung up on me , driver went to wrong building and when i did get a cab all you could hear was the rude dispatch woman complain about the paying customers. dispatch needs to be replaced!!
