I have been so pleased at the friendliness and customer service. The improvements made to Fabutan make it almost like a spa atmosphere. The young lady behind the desk is so helpful and makes you feel more than welcome and is willing to help you whenever and wherever she can. I will definitely recommend this place to all I know. Great improvement from then to now....keep it up

Hello beautiful people of Prince Albert!!! My husband and I are the new owners of this location and we are 100% open and ready to serve everyone Monday-Friday 11am-7pm and Saturdays 11am-3pm. Shelves are fully stocked and a thorough deep clean of the studio has been done. We can't wait to meet all of you

Very disappointed in their service. I booked to go in and use some minutes I had. Was told I had to buy new tanning goggles and lotion in order for me to tan. I did have goggles on me. She told me that they can't be over a year old. I have many goggles..wasn't buying another pair. No serial number on them. have been a customer of this Fabutan for many years...will NEVER go back. When I purchased my minutes, there was no policy like this. I requested a phone call from the new owner, to date - no call. I would like a refund of existing minutes left and so would my husband. Aloha tanning should be happy that you keep sending new clients their way! Also, when I called to book my appointment , the employee answered, booked my appointment, proceeded to mention that they had a one day special. I asked her what the special was..she told me. Then she proceeded to say she had a customer standing there and hung up on me!! We have contacted your national head office requesting money back for unused minutes. Good luck with your new business!

I had a super disappointing experience recently. Went in to purchase 4 months up front of red light therapy and the person at the till had no clue what he was doing. He said he was new, and had to reach out to the owner for help. I stood there for a full hour as this poor guy tried to figure out how to use the computer and put in minutes. He tried desperately to get a hold of the owner several times and seemed like he wasn’t getting a response. I told him exactly what I wanted as per the brochure sitting right there. Finally after an hour, the owner emails him back and says I need to give my cc and do monthly membership. I said no I’m not going that, the brochure sitting on your desk says I can pay for 4 months up front now. He said that’s not an option according to the owner. I gave him my number, said call me when your owner gets you more info. That was two weeks ago....haven’t heard a peep. While I was there for an hour, several people came in very angry and upset about their minutes, lack of communication about when the new hours are, and if they would be refunded since the place had not been open for some time. I’m no pro on management, but the owner needs to spend more time training/communicating/managing. I’m very sad to leave this review as I was excited to use the services there.

Extremely unprofessional and abusive. As a long time client with a current account on file I was told unless I bought lotion I could not use my minutes, regardless of the fact I had a new bottle in my purse. When I questioned the owner, he would not provide his name so I could make a formal complaint as well as informed me he did not need my business. I have submitted a formal complaint to corporate FABUTAN, and they were extremely apologetic and will review my complaint.

Very unprofessional was asked to see my google and tanning lotion when I showed her she told me that unless I was going to purchase a tanning lotion from her that I could not tan so I went to Aloa where I got awesome service and was told my lotion was 1 of the best and that I was the 3 rd person showing up at Aloa with the same problem from Fabutan
