Called a cab for a friend. Cab arrived, told me he was at my friend's address. Told him to wait for friend. Friend tells me cab driver isn't there. Call cab driver back; Instead of waiting he cancelled. Was very disappointed at the unprofessional conduct to a customers request, most likely will not call Grey Cab in the future. I hope Grey Cab improves! They need to!
Whoever was working this morning Nov. 9, 2020, bet 5am to 7am, lied to me. I called the cab 3 times. Woke up early bec i knew the storm would cause delays. Anyway, 5.30am I was ready for work. i called the operator said it was going to be 25 mins waiting time. I said that's fine. 6.15am i phoned again, he said , sorry another 25 mins. Yup I understand I said. But never heard back from him again. No cab arrived either. I WAITED FOR HOURS. I work in health care and i could have looked for alternative ways ahead of time instead of making me wait. Why so unprofessional? My co-worker who called later around 6am got her cab and i did not get mine. My point is atleast give your customer a call that the cab was not gonna arrive. I phoned again just now, 2.15pm Nov 9th. And the operator did not even say sorry for not calling back, and lastly, he did hang up on me. Very professional- NOT.
Called them for a cab at exactly 1:07pm after 30 mins. No taxi came. Called then again to follow up they said they are coming in 10 more mins.. 1 wasted an hour waiting for them to show up but no taxi showed up. . I won't used this cab anymore. Plus their drivers are always on the phone, not safe..
An usher looked nervous and scared, kind of just bothering customers
Driver didn't have a debit or credit machine on him and had to take me to a bank / ATM. I prefer Uber
My son took the cab from work to home he didn't have no money on him his dad had the money for him in the house then the cab driver took his phone told him hurry up .
