We haven’t had a place in town that could fix a iPhone. How we have a bunch of guys that are professional and polite just a great bunch of people. Won’t go anywhere but JUMP for any repairs. LOVE JUMP!

They were very professional and fast. The repair was expensive but I suppose that's what you get with an apple off warranty. They made me disinfect my laptop before I gave it to them but they didn't disinfect it when they gave it back.

Wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is abysmal here. I should have looked at the reviews before I shopped here because it seems that bad customer service is a pattern. Staff are rude and accusatory if you want to get post-sale help. Refused to repair my iPhone even though he admitted there was damage. Ill drive to another city just to avoid this place.
