We recently purchased a fridge and dishwasher from Leon's Prince Albert. We were both impressed by the service we received from this store. A big thanks to salesperson, Laura Kramps, for her patience and assistance in helping me find the right fridge to fit our cut out. The dishwasher I had ordered did not arrive so I decided to purchase one that was in stock. Again, she was extremely helpful. We live 10 miles out of the city and we were provided with free delivery into our home. During this time of covid19 this isn't something every store is providing. Delivery into our home was the deal maker. The delivery staff called prior to delivery, they were prompt, they took our front door off and even moved our old fridge into the garage. Both products look amazing in our home. Thanks all!

Well the staff is pretty nice but unfortunately we were not told the truth about the country of origin of the furniture. Wouldn't have bought it if I would have known. 1 piece was in stock, the other piece took 6 weeks to get from Edmonton to Prince Albert.... then it feels that the couch was a display model. Sit down and you feel the wood frame. Again it probably will take another few weeks to get this fixed. Seriously for the price we paid i did expect more. Our ikea couch lasted over 20 years. Don't think this will be the same here. Should have listened to my wife and drove to ikea.

We had gone in to ask about online application. We were met with salespeople looking away and totally being ignored. They were men, but when women were working, they approached with a smile and asking if we needed any help. I am not going back, if you want any kind of help, look for women sales reps. Wish this had negative star ratings

went in to purchase a couch, ended up leaving with a bedroom set to upgrade from our current one. after talking with the salesmen we narrowed down the perfect set, they got it ordered and at a great price, and delivered it for free!. really happy with the service and would recommend to anyone looking for any new furniture.
