Wonderful place! I bought a violin here, and the ownerstaff were lovely. Unbelievably friendly (the owner was talkingjoking around with us for nearly the entire time we were there!), and as other reviews have stated, it is indeed very "home"-like. I immediately felt at ease, and able to relax, despite having PTSD - which I'd say is an accomplishment, on their end! It was truly incredible in there. I loved it. I'll be going back for lessons, soon enough, and I'm excited to do so! Edit: Since writing this review, I've begun taking violin lessons at this location! The owner has treated me far better than a simple customer to profit from, and my violin instructor has helped me /so/, so much, and constantly makes me laugh. Such a lovely location. It's the thing that I look forward to most every week, simply due to how wonderful it is to be there.
I love going to Mosaic even just to jam. The staff are trained professionals who love what they do and won't try to make a quick purchase to swindle you. They always have what I'm looking for and will help me with advice on what I'm looking for. I recommend it for anybody looking for good equipment to get started or change up your style
The Staff at Mosaic is very helpful. Regardless of making any purchases or not, they are friendly courteous and kind. The atmosphere in the store is inviting and feels like "home." I would recommend Mosaic to anyone who may be shopping for any musical necessities. If you are in need of lessons, an instrument, or advice - this is the place to be. Only GREAT experiences have been had at Mosaic!
