Good service at the trophy store and good prices. I bought a nice winter jacket at the north star store too. Very friendly and good customer service.

I did not have a good experience at all. First if all my order was to be done for pick up on March 6. However, the date was written incorrectly as March 13. Then I had clearly indicated that I wanted capital letters for the first letter of the names and lower case for the others. I clarified the spelling to a second staff member when I went to pick the items up. It was printed on the order with capital and lowercase. When I went to pick them up the 2nd time the entire name had been done all in capital letters. The 3rd person that was working when I picked them up said ther person who took my order should have indicated such. Well she did. That is how she printed it. So perhaps the person doing the engraving should have made a phone call to verify. I feel this was not a good experience and I would have no confidence in this business in getting an order correct.
Very courteous and had a great understanding on what I had designed and great help in modifying to fit with my design.
