I wish I could give this property 0 stars. From the moment I arrived I knew booking here was a mistake. The garbage can at the front entrance was so full people had started to just throw their discards on the ground. The exterior is in disrepair - bricks are falling off the pillars at the front entrance and if you drive around the building the condition is even worse. The front door glad hasn't seen a cleaning product fur a while. When you walk inside ithe lobby it is the smell that hits you first. It is quite indescribable. There was a security table at the entrance with no one seated at it and items strewn all over it.. including garbage. The front entrance didn't look as though it had been vacuumed in quite some time and the walls have never seen a wash rag. The front desk staff showed up to get a pay cheque. There was no notification on the website that the promised breakfast was canceled due to Covid (yet every restaurant nearby was open and all the previous hotels I had stayed in had made adaptations like bag breakfasts). The elevator was broken. The stairway was filthy and a maid was attempting to sweep the carpets which created so much dust in the air it burned my eyes. The room: first thing I noticed were the stains on the carpet... everywhere! There was gum on the rug in the near center of the room which someone had slightly attempted to clean up but gave up and just left. It looked as though someone had spit on the front glass of the fireplace glass and no one had attempted to clean up (attaching pictures). The bathroom vanity is in the process of falling off. The tub drain was mostly clogged. The bed was clean so I slept but I will never return. I will think twice before staying at another Ramada hotel since they clearly don't keep tabs on their properties!

0 out of 5.. worst hotel that we’ve ever slept in.. never gonna come back here again.. first issue was the safety. Drunk people are all over the vicinity. We couldn’t sleep well since we are worried for our safety. Smelly and dirty rooms.. first time in this hotel and never ever will come back again..
We still have not gotten our damage deposit and the room was still dirty when we got there! They should focus more on the cleaning and sanitizing. Therefore it is one star and I would rather stay at Days Inn across the street.
Dirty room. Pizza box with crust left over from previous guest. Bathtub had a bath mat in it before? No hot water for showers. Just warm. Spend the extra cash and go to the holiday inn. Front desk staff were wonderful.
Front desk staff was nice but room was gross,we all slept(once the drunks stopped making noise at 3 am)with our clothes on. Everything about this hotel is sketchy as f--k. If u want to get stabbed go there.
I stayed at the Ramada a few weeks ago. It was very very clean. The staff was AMAZING!!!!! They were always friendly, and so accommodating!!!! It appeared that the manager was training a new staff member, and she was ALWAYS smiling and had an amazingly positive way of working with her new team member! I enjoy coming into a hotel where staff members are smiling and happy, as it makes me feel welcome, and it even lifts my mood after a LONG day of driving! Thank you so much for being so great towards the hotel guests!!! Keep up the positive attitude!!! Thank you for making my stay great!!! I will come back for sure!!!

Terrible. Don't stay. Drunks hanging around front of hotel begging from guests. Carpets need cleaning and certainly not worth 140 per night. In my 40 years coming here this is the worst.
