I have never dealt with such an incompetent branch. Tried to cancel my account for over 5 months and still receiver request for payments from them because they were not cancelled properly. Have had to go back to location several times to get it done right, and they "promise it will be finally dealt with" for me to get another request of payment and have to deal with them again. An absolute nightmare....

Only 2 tellers, lineups of 15 people. If you have an hour to get your own money it’s ok.
Had a bank appointment today and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Besides the person being late for the appointment as wasn’t ready, this was booked and no reason not to be ready for a client. The manager was helping the trainee, which wasted a lot of time as well. Also found her to be very rude. Instead of listening to the client she would rather argue with them and was not allowed to interrupt and ask any questions which I found to be very unacceptable. This Rbc should find someone else to manage.
Really? 2:30 in the afternoon out of 8 teller stations there are 3 open! Don't come here for your banking unless you like long waits!

I have never been treated like I was trying to scam a bank before. I've been dealing with RBC for years yet the teller treated me like my scholarship cheque was going to bounce; asked me what I did with my last Scholarship cheque. Manager would not cash it; they wanted to hold it for 5 days. I told them to look at my account; that I've never had a cheque bounce in my account in all the years I was with them. I just left and told them I'll cash it at the branch where they don't give me a hard time you racists!
Lost my car went in here. Good service friendly knowledgeable staff!
This branch is completely useless, with rude and idiotic staff. I have never been treated so poorly when dealing with customer service. Not to mention that to even talk to the branch you have to go through some call-centre. I am very, very glad that I choose to bank with TD.
