The people are very nice and knowledgeable about the many intriguing objects which sit upon the museums shelves from the handcuffs of previous prisoners to a rack where prisoners would be whipped with the infamous cat of nine tails. The museum is a fascinating jewel that should not be missed! And also not forget to ask about the rib shank!

Rotary Museum of Police and Corrections consists of two bigger rooms with numerous artifacts. Especially the stories about death penalties were quite intriguing. It's a great thing that death penalties have been banned in Canada. Visiting this place takes about ten minutes. The young lady who worked there was very friendly. Entrance costs four dollars for adults or you can purchase a museum pass for ten dollars that allows you to visit all four museums in Prince Albert.
