This past Sunday, I ordered an FTD bouquet for a sick friend. I even upgraded the arrangement to the deluxe bouquet. My order was delivered late Monday afternoon. I saw the arrangement on Tuesday and was not only embarrassed, but angry. The bouquet was sparse, had tacky pink pipe cleaner hearts included. This was not at all like the FTD photo. I had paid 60.00 for this bouquet. I phoned the owner that same day & complained. She said that her flowers hadn't arrived but would bring up another bouquet on Thursday (today). I am even more disappointed with this 2nd FTD arrangement. You would think that the owner would make sure that this arrangement was perfect. The flowers ( the kind and color) are still not the same as what was shown on their website. I want my 60.00 back !!! The beautiful bouquet is what I paid for ... the 1st delivery has the tacky pipe cleaner hearts and the 2nd bouquet is the small no color bouquet !!
