Very disappointing recently, customer service from the reception team is non-existent - the usual vets are great but the communication, estimates and treatment plans are terrible currently. They have looked after our three dogs over the past 10 years and we have always approached our pets care with a \whatever they need\ attitude but over the past 12 months this has resulted in multiple, excessively large bills whilst suggesting at the point of sale it's just a small procedure or low-cost investigation. The pet care plan now covers very little and we have struggled even to get the flea, tick and worm treatments from them. The final straw was this week - ordering medication, receiving an email to confirm it was ready to collect but when at the surgery, being told they've switched suppliers and have ran out but can't get any soon because of the switch and backlog of orders. Their suggestion was to charge me 15 for a written prescription so I could go and find it myself online somewhere - they did reiterate that they wouldn't charge me for the medication though (which they couldn't fulfill!!!!). I didn't even receive an apology for the lack of phone call or the very fact that they didn't even have the medication! when I asked if they could provide a discounted or free prescription due to their errors and the inconvenience caused, I simply received a no - it's 15. I have now cancelled my direct debit for the care plan and will be registering with another vet Monday morning.

Both of our dogs are registered with Prince Bishop and they are absolutely fantastic. All of the vets, nurses and staff are professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra yard. When my other dog was in the final stages of her life last year, they could not have been more compassionate and explained everything as the final days approached. A good vet is hard to find and I can highly recommend them, do much do that we travel 30 minutes to see them rather than use a more local vet.

I would 110% reccomend Prince Bishop Vets. My Rottie had to have tplo surgery on both knees and the whole team were so supportive for her needs as she can be a bit reactive to people she doesn't know. Even if I moved out of the area I would still go to them as thier compassion and professionalism is fantastic! Thank you so much to the whole team over the past couple of years with my girl.
