I'm very disappointed with the tech center. If you want your computer fixed in a timely manner don't go here. They really stink at following up with you. They never call when they say they do. I had ordered a part for my computer that I thought was right because staff told me what I needed but then when I called to see if my computer was fixed, someone emailed not called to say the part was incorrect. I can go on but if you want good service go elsewhere. P.s don't invest in a service plan there either because it's a waste when they can't do their job
I use this store for a lot of last minute business marketing items. They have always been great. Drew in the print show is wonderful!!!
