We did not have the option of picking an appraiser. This one was assigned to us. They did an awful job. The guy they sent out spent 15 minutes here. He missed a bedroom and a bathroom. Our appraisal price came in easily 50k under value. It’s been painful watching houses around you sell for way more than yours appraised for. We missed out on a great refi price because of their errors.

You best believe the reviews especially that of Allison, that happened to me . But i am not just writing reviews i have filed complaint with the Maryland board of appraisers. Another thing is you can decline any appraiser and they will just assign you to another
One star is generous for this awful company. I'd give them 0 if it was an option. They damaged my property while on site, concealed it, lied about it, and refused to compensate me for it. And to top it all off, prepared an atrocious appraisal that demonstrated total ignorance of my area's market. Such extreme unprofessionalism and incompetence. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
The absolute worst. They appraised our property and came in tens of thousands below actual property value. They do not understand our area AT ALL, provided ridiculous comps, did not include one of our bedrooms and a bathroom, just the most ridiculous errors. Do not ever use this company.
