Appraiser showed up on time. Was professional. Didn’t ask any questions related to improvements made on the home. I.e new roof, new kitchen since purchased two years ago. Also, would have left without realizing the home has a private pier if I didn’t ask if he wanted to see it. A few minutes of looking at pictures on Zillow would have prepared you to be somewhat intelligent about the property before you arrived.

Appraiser showed up 4 hrs early. The receptionist hung up on me. Very unprofessional company. Do not use them.
Not sure how people in Fredrick are qualified to appraise properties in DC. My appraiser under valued my property that had 2 off streets parking spots and had all new high end appliances plus, 1 yr old HVAC, floors just refinished, and fresh paint. Wish others luck with this company.
