My father passed unexpectedly. As his personal representative, I needed some advice and coaching. I thought this was a great firm, because of the other ratings and reviews. I've called twice just to setup up a consultation. Both times I've called, I was assured I would get a call back. It's going on a month and I received nothing. In a time of need and mourning, this is when I needed assistance the most. How can I count on someone when I can't even get a response for a consultation. Not recommended!
