Service was terrible , will put you in a bad mood after getting off phone here. Not helpful at all.
Bought a snowblower from a shop in town who has contracted this company to do there warranty work.. on first arrival there shop is disgusting and covered in dirt and grime the customer service was absolutely atrocious, the lady at the till told me to take the machine that is covered by warranty apart myself and diagnose the issues for them. The attitude and tone of voice i was given by this lady was totally unacceptable as i was nothing but polite and courteous. I have never reviewed a place online at all but after my experience with this business I thought i should share with the rest of you so that you can hopefully avoid this place as i will from now on .
The lady who owns this place is not very happy. No matter how hard you try she is very difficult. She does her job well, just not happily.
