Awesome store. Employees there had a plethora of info on knives. A little advanced for average Joe's but cool nonetheless.

We just got our kitchen knife sharpened for the last time at this location. You can see a wavy pattern on the knife edge near the handle and the bolster has not been shortened to meet the edge of the blade. This is one of the shoddiest knife sharpenings I have ever seen. I do not recommend to anyone who cares about the condition and longevity of their knives.

I would have left zero stars, since I was completely ignored twice in one day and received no service at all. I have been a repeat customer in the Prince George location, and it had been fine, helpful service. This visit I did not even get a greeting or an acknowledgement, by either of the two employees. There was only one other customer at the time.

Took my Shuns in for a sharpening and tip repair on one. Great job. If in doubt ask for Max. I've only been in there a couple of times so the other staff may also be great. This was my first time getting my beloved knives done and very happy with the results. Also found that Max was very knowledgeable and personable. Very nice guy. Great service and I will go back for sure.

Nice place to buy knifes, but do not get your knives sharpened their. They completely ground the edge of my knife off, i don’t know what made them think it was okay to send it out afterwards, I can rub it against my arm and it just feels real dull. I now have to pay more money for someone to grind a new edge on, or I might have to purchase a new knife now. Save your money and go somewhere else to get your knife sharpened
