I've been a member with Sunset for over a year now and it's completely changed my life. I'm much better at dealing with stress, and my flexibility and strength has also improved! Studio owner Rachelle's classes are always lovely - she's always keeping it fresh and incorporating fun and new sequences to try. She encourages you to feel into your body and focus how a pose feels vs. how it looks. She also encourages you to respect your own limitations (something I really appreciate) while also offering variations to challenge yourself if you want to. Besides the physical benefits, Sunset offers a welcoming and approachable community space - both online and in-person. This is the reason I continue to be a member. Rachelle and the Sunset team have been rockstars dealing with this pandemic - their virtual and recorded classes have been very high quality and have helped me keep that special community connection while working from home. You won't regret checking out a class or becoming a member.

Sunset studio is so welcoming and loving. The online classes allow you to access yoga easily and at times that are convenient for you. They adapt to the times to best serve their yogis! While Covid 19 has lead to a lot of disappointments, sunset studio has been a ray of sunshine adapting their services so we can attend from home or in studio safely. They offer the best prices in town without sacrificing any quality! The yoga instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. Love this studio and my experience here ️

I hate to be "that" person, but I'm incredibly picky with my yoga instructors. I am so happy to have found Sunset Studio, Rachelle is an incredible yoga instructor, she knows how it's done!! Highly recommend trying out one of her classes so you can see for yourself.

Yoga has always beckoned me but I never responded until the last year when I found Sunset Studio! Being a hard core cardio enthusiast and working in the mental health field I know it is important to have a solid self care plan but previously I felt inferior, inept and uncomfortable when I went to classes. The first day I entered Sunset Studio I felt at home. I felt welcomed, appreciated, supported and able to experience yoga in a way that worked for me (and my tight hamstrings!) Rachelle and her team have done it right- I wholeheartedly recommend this studio to everyone. Give it a try you won’t regret it!

The variety of classes you will get at Sunset is endless! I loved the outdoor classes at the winery! On site, livestream, and recordings; you get to decide what works for you and when! Yoga, Pilates, Meditation...I love them all and I guarantee you will too!

The owner's (Rachelle) enthusiasm and passion for yoga is contagious and lends itself to a comfortable, intimate, non- intimidating atmosphere.
