Service is horrible. Hot food is never fresh. Staff stops cooking food at 10 pm. I've asked to have a set a wings cooked for me, they refused. People who work graveyard shifts get poor service because staff thinks we're drunks or stoned comming in for a late night snack. This is the worst ran 7/11 I've ever walked into. I've been to dozens of 7/11 stores and always have had food cooked upon request, It didn't matter if it was at 3 pm or 3 am. Never have I been refused a requested order. This has happened on multiple times and I'm officially sick of it.

No wings again. That is really the only thing that makes it worth coming here. Truck Drivers and other Similar service workers don't always get standard break times. So we have to plan things a bit differently, and we like things like wings as it is a bit more nutritious than some of the things we get, while operating on the road, and doing the things we do. Like bring fuel and food and people etc.

Love the store and all its product. Bathroom can use little more attention

Poor Quality Food and Service

I mean, it's a Seven-Eleven. If it's a late party night I get the appeal, but really there's nothing special about it and the food is really quite expensive and of low quality.

Definitely one of the better convenience stores in Rupert.

It's a 7-11, not much to say!! Frequently under construction, but doesn't really interfere with service. Staff are friendly and they have a small selection of Asian snacks that caught us off guard. You can count on them to always have new flavours of things, at least.
