Hands down the best customer service. Our fridge went and we drove all the way to terrace because it was a Sunday, their prices in terrace didn't even come close to compare with city furniture. The city furniture not only came in on a Sunday to help us, we found a better fridge for even better price!!! And it was delivered. No question where I will be going for any of my appliance or furniture needs. So grateful for the amazing Staff and customer service!!

Super friendly staff. Worked to find what my cousin was after. Offered alternates and showed us stuff that was available through the enormous on-line catalogue they have. Very slick! Great selection and reasonable priced considering there is limited options in PR!

I have always had great customer service from the staff at this location. We have shopped there many times and have not had a bad experience yet. Plus, the sales staff will leave you alone to shop, if you ask them. They offer shipping services and also aboriginal discounts. It is great to have such a great store in this small town!
