Traveling from the USA and we have a breakdown. Need a part to get going again, and we are on a timeline. The dealership in Vancouver has the part for around 400 and said they would overnight express ship it for 50, but they could not guarantee arrival within two days. This Napa said they could have the part put on their freight truck that would arrive a day later...for 655 (and it was a Chinese knockoff). Due to our timeline, we unfortunately had to take this rip off. Asking if they could confirm that the part made it onto the truck was met by rude disdain from the manager. Extortionists. Con-artists.

Never had a good experience at the prince rupert napa, inexperienced snobby kids behind the till, and never been able to help me with any questions. Enormously expensive items compared to anywhere else as well.
