My boyfriend and I have been living here for 2 years no problems no complaints we follow every rule. We both work in the restaurant industry and fell on some hard times during the pandemic. There have been so many restrictions on restaurants in MA that our pay was greatly affected. We are a little but behind in payments but have been catching up and at the moment we only owe this months payment. We are not being allowed to renew because we had issues paying on time for 3 months only three out of the many months of covid. These heartless monsters don’t care if we are homeless or have fallen on hard times yet still pay every month. We now have to pay rent and somehow come up with money for a new apartment. Not to mention I literally watched a dead man roll out of the apartment on a stretcher. He was our neighbor and friend and I was the one to inform the leasing office of what had happened in their own building 2 days prior!!! This place is unreal.

I can't say enough good things about this place! My 2 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious with good natural lighting and carpet. Property Managers like Kristen and Riley could not have been more friendly and professional. The maintenance staff has been excellent, too, and Jo was very helpful when I was deciding to sign the lease. The location is convenient for getting into Boston and smaller towns in the area with a nice take-out grill and convenience store a 2 minute walk away. Between the staff, location, and quality of the space, Princeton at Mount Vernon sets the bar high for my next apartment.
