Avoid this place. Took three times of going down there to even be able to be seen. Still have yet to see this Desmond guy at all don't even know if he exist. Nurse did my hearing test told her I am deaf in which I am. Noticed ALOT of painful pressure on one of the test. Let me just say this I've been going to audiologist and have had my hearing checked many many times over the years not once have my ears HURT after a test. After she checked my hearing my ear hurt for 3 days after the test...personal opinion is that she thought oh this individual isn't deaf let me prove this and jacked the sound above recommended levels...i mean it Hurt for days after. The place and the people are rude and terrible. Will drive into Virginia before I ever go back worst experience I have ever had...hope this helps someone to avoid a truly horrible experience.
