When we found this company, I was so excited to rent from someone who seemingly shared the same beliefs and values as we do. Little did I know they would be the farthest thing from Christian. We had several things come up including our heat not working and that was a year ago and to this day it still doesn’t work. To put two people and a 7 month old baby out 1 month before our lease was up in the midst of a pandemic, when this is the first time we’ve ever been late makes me sick. Amazing company with friendly staff and a variety of rental options! They have apartments, mobile homes, and single family homes. Rentals and path to homeownership programs. They have monthly specials on Facebook.
I give this company 5 out of 5. They have always returned my calls and answered every question that I’ve had. When any problems have come up about my home, they ALWAYS have someone reach out to me almost immediately. Or ASAP. A great company all around to rent to own or rent a house from.
