I have never had the reason to see a Dermatologist until recently so my anxiety level was a little high for sure. Luckily within minutes of meeting Dr. Melissa and her assistant Dan I knew I was in great hands. Excellent service and attention. After a thorough evaluation and simple remedy was given, I had a follow up visit with successful results. I highly recommend Princeton Dermatology and team Melissa!

Just know that even though they love to tout how many “board certified dermatologists” they have in their practice, you are most likely going to be seen by a physician’s assistant or a R.N. I struggled to get proper diagnosis and treatment for my daughters acne for years and all I was given was a parade of prescriptions to try, “see which one works”. They don’t care to understand the patient. Find another dermatologist office, and wherever it is, make sure you will actually be seen by a board certified M.D. who knows what they are doing. It makes a big difference.

I’ve been told by other my primary GP to see a dermatologist for redness, possibly rosacea. I called this office. Was given an appt. I was asked what I needed to come in for. I said redness and I had mentioned I had fillers done previously. She hung up on me! I was dumbfounded. I called back & was told I need to speak to the nurse for an explanation. I was so confused! I spoke to a nurse and said I’ve head redness for years & wanted to see a dermatologist. He connected me back to front desk. This woman said she was given bad information about my “situation.” I’ve never called this place in my life and spoke to a receptionist for 3 seconds and they made a diagnosis? And the dr couldn’t help me? I reiterated I had rosacea! She said “oh ok we can make an appt.” I said no thanks! If it’s this problematic to start with, forget it! Craziest service I’ve ever experienced. And from a doctors office!!

I was diagnosed with a skin cancer in the center of my ear of all places and referred to Dr. Peloro for Mohs Surgery. I had upcoming travel plans but was accommodated the same day I called them. In fact, they managed to perform the surgery the same day that I went for an opinion. The staff and Dr. Peloro were wonderful. From start to finish they were professional, and very caring. They followed up the next day to see how I was doing, and then again a week later. I was surprised how painful my ear was, but I guess the cartilage was very angry from being pulled and pushed in every direction. The surgery was successful and the office called me to tell me the good news. I would highly recommend Dr. Peloro for Mohs Surgery.
