I’ve been here literally been here almost 5 times since the pandemic and every time I go to purchase workout equipment they are always sold out.. I feel in my heart they just never get it in...

Today is my first visit to the store. The location was very clean, and things were very organized. I went in to sharpen my skates. An associate named Gracie presently greeted me. She led me to the front area to complete the transaction. I then was met by Rachel, who directed me to Frank. He then summoned the dedicated skate sharpener Skyler. As I perused the store, I would be greeted by store management, Anthony and Chris, which was nice. Side note: Anthony seemed more approach because he looked like he wanted to be there. He had his head up and was gently happy. Adversely, Chris's disposition took too much of a tactical approach, which can be intimidating. The overall experience was unremarkable but was drastically highlighted by Skyler's enthusiasm to exercise customer service. He engaged in full eye contact, heightened with a sense of confidence. Without complaining, he took that cumbersome journey from the back of the store to make sure my order was right. Overall, excellent service, clean store. Suggestion for DICKS: Try not to touch on so many categories; it results in shortages during seasons sports. The layout could be improved or even changed ever so often. Perhaps put in season at the front. If you like my post and found this useful hit the "Like". Thank You.

One of the best store to get sports related paraphernalia.

Mask required. Not uncomfortably crowded. Long line formed quickly but staff quick to react and open additional checkouts.

We ordered a basketball hoop and went with their select express installment service. There is absolutely no communication between the two companies even though they claim to be affiliated with each other. We placed our order mid September and still have not heard anything regarding scheduling for installment. Every time we have gotten a call from select express, it’s only to get more money and delay our service. I have never seen any company distinguish between debris and dirt in charge 300 extra dollars to remove each separately. How disgusting! Will never make any purchase from the store ever again.
