Ed did a great job printing out our community holiday photo cards. He suggested enhancements to several images which made them come to life and got the cards to us promptly. Ed was easy to work with and to communicate ideas. We appreciated good service from a local business.

Absolutely amazing work they did exactly what I asked everything was short concise and done with expertise very professional and quick. It took one day to finish Design & Print I picked them up the next morning extremely happy I highly recommend this place for any and all sign and document needs.

They were 3rd on my google search, so I called two places before them and the general attitude was somewhat rude and uninterested in my business. Ed, on the other hand, was fantastic. He took the time to give me all the options and was otherwise wonderful and kind on the phone. I will ONLY make copies in Princeton with Ed. Unlike the others I called, he has not forgotten that he is in the service industry and he is a class above most in the service department in any industry. For the past eight months I have been planning an art auction charity event. About a month before my event, my usual graphic designer let me know that she couldn’t help me with the brochure I needed designed for the event. I was frantic, but immediately calmed down after I spoke with Ed Keenan at Document Depot and Silver Arrow Marketing. His designer, Pat Monteleone, worked with me to create a gorgeous brochure that was absolutely perfect for the event. Ed even helped me maximize my budget with smart design choices. All was going well when mother nature decided to dump a bunch of snow and ice on my event, which had to be changed to a different date. One of the first people to reach out to me was Ed—he offered to help me out with reprints. He was so supportive and so helpful, it really felt like I was working with a partner. I couldn’t have done this without them. Silver Arrow Design is an awesome one-stop-shop and I highly recommend them.
