Kelsey and Stephanie are helpful. They explained the application process, various fee involved with moving, etc., In the first week we had some issues like the tub stopper valve and the pipe broke, toilet valves were old so they leak and keep flushing the toilet every 10 minutes. When reported the maintenance was fast; even though we couldn’t use the tub for 3 days, we have been given access to shower in sauna room.

Kelsey and Stephanie in the leasing office do an awesome job. I'm a tenant and whenever I need help, they assist. They take care of it. They keep communication open, look into issues and handle them with grace. I can't express enough how much I appreciate that. The complex parking lots are having seal coating done. I saw Kelsey outside in the lot directing tenants to safe places to park. That's incredible. Stephanie helped me when my car died. AAA couldn't come. There was a long delay. She gave me invaluable information. She always does. These women deserve a promotion and a raise.

Current resident here. The reason for the low rating is that Princeton Green management values minor technicalities over my safety and well-being. When we had moved in a few years ago, the management was accommodating and friendly. They prioritized common sense and customer satisfaction over mindless bureaucracy. But something has changed for the worse in recent times. We have had one unregistered operational car, which was known to leasing office and never flagged as an issue. Now in the middle of an ongoing pandemic we are being asked to register our car or risk getting towed away. Under normal circumstances I would have obliged, but I am exasperated by their insistence on pursuing registration and inspection work in such precarious times. We will have to move out and/or register our car which exposes us to avoidable risk. Unrelated to the above issue, there have been a couple of other incidents this year which indicate that the leasing office is actively trying to find fault and nitpick. According to leasing office, their goals are to hold all residents to the same expectations and to keep the property looking its best. I’d rather the goals be customer satisfaction & addressing real issues like thermal insulation, bug encroachment etc. Though I am leaving a low rating, I will be remiss not to mention that the maintenance crew at Princeton Green are very professional, sincere and responsive. All maintenance request over the past few years were addressed satisfactorily within a few days.

Want to take the time and write this review to thank Stefani for showing us two diferente aparments on Saturday. Her customer service is phenomenal! Princeton Aparments looks like an excellent place to live, a great community and perfect fit for my girl and myself.
